14-Day Return Policy

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery if:

• ✦ You received the wrong product (wrong item, color, or size sent)
• ✦ The product arrived damaged or defective at the time of delivery

Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Proof of damage/wrong item required (photo at time of unboxing)
• Original receipt or order confirmation must be provided
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days — no exceptions after this window

180-Day Fabric Color Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our Boski and premium fabrics. If your garment’s fabric color fades, bleeds, or deteriorates within 6 months of purchase under normal use and proper care, you are eligible for:

• A full replacement of the same item, OR
• Store credit of equal value

Conditions:

• Applies to manufacturing fabric defects only — not damage caused by incorrect washing, bleach, or misuse
• Proof of purchase required
• Item must be submitted for quality inspection before replacement is approved
